A move by Binance on the Voyager acquisition?
As per recent developments, Binance.US attempted to bid on assets from Voyager Digital. The news announcement indicated that the transaction would be valued at $1.022 billion. This significant disclosure, meanwhile, was made as criticism of its reserves grew.
According to Voyager, Binance.US made the highest and best offer for its assets. Further consideration of up to $20 million in added value is also included in this agreement.
According to Nansen, Binance would add Shiba Inus and other assets valued at $76 million to its offer to purchase Voyager. Additionally, $255 million in Ethereum (ETH) and $62 million in VBX tokens will be added, which seems stirred by this expected acquisition.
