Police officer Don Holland, as of recent reports, is leading the line in a lawsuit against Logan Paul and CryptoZoo after losing funds to the program, court filings on February 2 shows.
Don, who resides in Texas, initiated the legal action and said that the defendants engaged in a “rug pull.” He claims the promotion of CryptoZoo was done through Paul’s many internet venues, which resulted in the purchase of the product by thousands of consumers.

Several of Paul’s acquaintances, including Danielle Strobel, Jeff Levin, Ebbie Ibanez, Jake Greenbaum, and Ophir Bentov, were named as defendants in the complaint.
Initial acquisition
After Logan Paul unveiled yet another NFT project and began ignoring CryptoZoo, Holland said that he realized it was quite probable that he had lost his money. In addition to this, he said that “CryptoZoo was never issued as claimed, and the value of the Zoo Tokens and CryptoZoo NFTs plunged.”
According to the lawsuit, the defendants attempted to gain an advantage for themselves by manipulating the market for Zoo Tokens, which is a kind of digital money.
As part of the defendants’ NFT scheme, the defendants marketed CZ NFTs to purchasers by making the false claim that, in exchange for transferring cryptocurrency to buy the CZ NFT, purchasers would later receive benefits. These benefits included, among other things, rewards, exclusive access to other cryptocurrency assets, and the endorsement of an online ecosystem to use and market CZ NFTs according to the acquisition.
The case was filed against Paul and his accomplices because they marketed and sold items that did not perform as described. The action seeks damages from Paul and his partners. In addition to this, it accused them of not supporting the CryptoZoo initiative and of trying to manipulate the digital currency.

The defendants allegedly committed fraud against Plaintiff, Don Holland, as well as thousands of other customers, and they unfairly benefited themselves by benefiting off of Plaintiff and others without delivering on their promises.
In the legal complaint, Paul and his accomplices were accused of participating in deceptive representation, as well as acts of negligence and unjust enrichment. In addition to that, they were charged with conspiracy to conduct fraud as well as breaching the Deceptive Trade Practices Act of the state of Texas.
