BitKeep, the leading Web3 multi-chain wallet in Asia, will support the Aptos mainnet and its DApps for the first time as soon as it goes online, according to the tweet released by BitKeep’s official Twitter platform on October 1.
On October 1, the Aptos testnet went live on BitKeep, and users can access it on the platform by adding the Aptos testnet to their list in BitKeep. By going to the DApp section, users can access the popular projects in the Aptos ecosystem, interact with them, and also get the chance to get their tokens or NFTs through future airdrop events.
It is expected that the main mainnet will be launched sometime between September 23 – December 22.

Aptos is a Layer 1 blockchain based on the Diem blockchain initiative founded by a former developer of Meta (Facebook). Despite being announced earlier this year in February, Aptos has attracted much attention due to its strong development background and impressive investment lineup.
It seems to be the fastest-paced in ecosystem building and development. Its popularity has grown significantly over the past few months, probably because it promotes Web3 adoption as it is designed to improve scalability and security and provide a high degree of blockchain accessibility.
Compared with other blockchains, Aptos is built using Move, a simple and powerful programming language, and it has a new Move virtual machine. Smart contracts on the Aptos can be easily upgraded. As of September 2022, 155 projects in 9 categories which include; Aggregator, DeFi, Game, Infrastructure, Launchpad, and Meme, among others, have been deployed on Aptos.
Recently interest in Aptos has grown significantly as more investors are looking into the blockchain. One notable investor is Binance Labs, which added its first investment in the project in March 2022 based on the programming language used in building the blockchain.
Yi He, the co-founder of Binance and head of Binance Labs, in an interview in Paris, stated that “it is different from BNB Chain and Solana and is more efficient and secure.”
Furthermore, BitKeep will empower Aptos by providing a smooth experience for all Aptos users with its sophisticated and streamlined features.
