Bybit CEO, Ben Zhou, made a significant announcement during his keynote speech, discussing the company’s commitment to user-friendly services and fiat integrations. Bybit has focused on educating new users and making onboarding easier. Its array of services includes fiat transactions, peer-to-peer (P2P) services, demo trading, copy trading, Bybit Earn, and AI-powered trading bots.
Bybit’s Peer-to-Peer (P2P) Service
One of the critical services highlighted by Zhou is Bybit’s P2P service. With over 28,000 trusted vendors globally, it supports more than 50 local currencies and facilitates seamless fiat-to-crypto and crypto-to-fiat exchanges in over 570 methods. The P2P service holds a remarkable 99.9% anti-fraud record, ensuring users’ safety.
Integration of Bybit Card with Savings Products
Another noteworthy announcement is the integration of the Bybit Card with its savings products. This integration will allow users to earn a flexible yield while using the card for spending. Zhou shared Bybit’s commitment to improving accessibility and support to different regions, gradually expanding its debit card services beyond Europe and the UK.
Regulatory Compliance Milestones
In terms of regulatory compliance, Bybit has made notable strides in the past six months. It has secured licenses in Kazakhstan and Cyprus, expanding its reach while demonstrating its commitment to regulated operations. Bybit also expects further approvals from the United Arab Emirates (UAE) after receiving its Minimal Viable Product license.
Unified Trading Account for Professional Traders
For professional traders, Bybit offers a Unified Trading Account (UTA) that enhances trading across spot, derivatives, options, and loan markets. The UTA also includes different modes such as normal margin, cross, and portfolio to cater to diverse customer needs.
World Series of Trading Competition
Zhou concluded his speech by highlighting the much-anticipated World Series of Trading competition scheduled for August 2023. This event promises to bring unique opportunities to Bybit’s 15 million users, inviting everyone to participate in this landmark competition.
