MP Brison, a policy maker in the Caribbean recently issued a rallying call to members of the Bitcoin cash community. In a sterling plea, the politician called for more support for Bitcoin cash. MP Brison wants more users and community members to be active and make their voices heard on social platforms and physical podiums.
While the policy maker commended the community for the actions taken thus far, he urged them to put in more effort. Notably, Bitcoin cash has faced some obstacles that have hindered its growth and adoption.
Brison noted that automated tools on social channels have painted the Bitcoin fork in a bad light. BCH antagonists have been actively condemning the crypto asset. Also, Bitcoin maximalists have also played a part in suppressing the advantages of BCH, while amplifying its negatives.
According to Brison, community members of the Bitcoin cash ecosystem should not let their hands drop. Notably, some high profiled individuals like Roger Ver have been instrumental in promoting Bitcoin cash. While these BCH advocates have been effective, more community members need to step up their game.Â
Bitcoin Cash or Bitcoin?
The crypto community can sometimes be divided. A host of crypto users own and use Bitcoin widely. However, the Bitcoin cash community strongly believes that BCH has better utility than BTC.
Truth be told, BCH is better for crypto transactions. The asset has far lesser fees compared to Bitcoin, and transactions are faster with Bitcoin cash. On the other hand, Bitcoin’s reputation as the first-ever cryptocurrency gives it an upper hand in any comparison. More so, Bitcoin’s impressive hash rate suggests that BTC is the most secure and decentralized cryptocurrency today.
From an investor’s perspective, it may be difficult to determine which crypto asset has a better risk-to-reward ratio. One thing is sure though, Bitcoin is still King in the crypto world, and no crypto-asset looks set to overthrow it.
