Zilliqa has launched its Web3 Alliance to identify and promote investment in promising cryptocurrency projects.
The platform, Zilliqa, is a low-cost, high-security layer one protocol. It has been trying to increase the adoption of Web3.
On Thursday, it released its most recent effort in this direction with plans to help brokers make introductions that lead to investment opportunities.
The launched Web3 Alliance is a global advisory group that identifies promising crypto projects.
According to reports, the Web3 Alliance will operate as an extension of Zilliqa’s team. It will also include advisors who agree with its long-term outlook on the Web3 community.
Also, the collaboration would ensure that Zilliqa attains global coverage. As a result, it will extract options from various mediums and interact with people worldwide.
For the alliance, Zilliqa plans to compensate facilitating advisors that recommend a project that results in an investment. Its native token, ZIL, will be used in compensating advisors.
The blockchain protocol Futher noted that the amount of ZIL awarded will vary and be distributed after each investment is completed.
In addition, Ziliqua’s team intends to expand its capabilities through the newly launched alliance by offering several solutions to crypto projects, including advisory services, financing, and providing an extensive network of talents to assist in scaling new projects.
The platform also plans to provide access to leading industry experts to allow new projects to benefit from the expertise of these experts, allowing them to grow and gain visibility.
As of now, there are over 250 dApps on Zilliqa. However, it intends to expand its metaverse, gaming, and NFTs projects.
Furthermore, the protocol is now accepting applications from Web3 advisors and scouts. Zilliqa noted that prospective members would be required to participate in a series of interviews with its team to allow them to understand the backgrounds and qualifications of each applicant.
Additionally, the announcement of the Web3 Alliance has given its growing community a greater sense of purpose as it can serve as a springboard for the upcoming generation of Web3-based projects.
