VerifiedX Foundation has launched a $15 million financing round to deploy institutional Bitcoin infrastructure, with Cantor Fitzgerald named as a participant, according to a report from Wu Blockchain.

What the Round Aims to Fund

The financing is intended to support the expansion of Bitcoin infrastructure aimed at institutional users, including custody, settlement, and on-chain service layers. Institutional Demand and What to Watch

Capital flows into bitcoin products continue to show institutional participation. On the ETF side, Spot Bitcoin ETFs Record $606 Million in Net Inflows on August 20, Extending Four-Day Streak, underlining steady demand for regulated exposure.

Broader spot-led momentum has also been visible in combined bitcoin and ether ETF activity, as noted in Bitcoin and Ether ETFs Draw $1.2B as Spot Leads Rally. For VerifiedX, the new round may signal renewed focus on institutional-grade infrastructure at a time when public market products are drawing larger capital flows.
